Juicy chicken baked under the peka
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, in and out. Wash the parsley and rosemary and place it inside the chicken.

2 Cut the carrots, potatoes and onion into slices. Place the chicken in a fireproof dish with a lid with vegetables, salt and sprinkle with rosemary.

3. Cover the dish and put it in the oven at 200°C. After 30 minutes turn the chicken over and add the whole tomatoes and sliced zucchini. Continue baking for another 30 minutes. Carve the chicken and serve with vegetables.

- 1 chicken
- 1 kg potato
- 2 green and red peppers
- 4 carrots
- 2 zucchini
- 10 cherry tomatoes » 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt, pepper, rosemary, parsley
