Spaghetti with tasty tomato sauce
1. Finely dice the onions and saute on a little oil. Slice carrots and pepper, add to the onion and saute. Add the garlic after 10 minutes.

2. Dice tomatoes into small cubes (or just buy the diced pelati) and add, together with the concentrate and seasonings. Cook for 30 minutes. When finished add the chopped parsley.

3. Cook the spaghetti in salted water and mix them with sauce, than serve with grated Parmesan.

- 300 g spaghetti number 5 or 7
- 2 onions
- 1 red peppers
- 4 small carrots
- 450 g peeled tomatoes
- 3 cups of tomato concentrate
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano, parsley grated Parmesan Olive oil
