Fried fish with white bread. The variety of small fish like pilchard, anchovies, sprat or pickerels are best when quickly cleaned and fried in hot oil. Clean the fish and dry well. Roll the fish in flour, and place in a pan with hot oil, so that each one touches the bottom of the pan otherwise you will have a heap offish stuck together. A glass of red wine and slice of white bread, with a few slices of tomato are perfect this simple but healthy meal.

- 500 g small fish, i.e. pilchard type

- 50g Flour
- White bread
- 0.5 L Red wine
- 200 ml Sunflower oil
- Salt
